We took Owen swimming for the first time yesterday. He really enjoyed the water and didn't fuss at all. The whole time he seemed not to know what to think about it so he just stayed still. Like any good parents, we dunked him underwater. Getting ready, going swimming, showing our "off season" bodies, and driving back home with wet pants was worth it in order to see the following seven seconds of video.

He sure can't hold his breath very long.... wimp.... Just kidding! That's about how long Blake can hold his too! Remember when we went and swam at WSU?? You totally cramped up after 1 lap!
He is SO cute! We just barely took Kaden swimming for his first time on the 15th and I was too scared to dunk him under...now I wish I would have! That was priceless! lol

Brennen was the same way when we took him for the first time. Now he loves it and would jump in head first if I wasn't watching!

Were you so nervous to put him under the water? I think I would be even though I now it's supposed to be natural for them. He did a good job! I like your swimming shirt by the way, I need to get one of those. My post preggo body is not looking forward to the swimsuit! Also, I need to get your guy's emails so I can put you on our account (we made it an invite only thing...)
